Dan has been devoted to helping others throughout his entire working career. Determined to make a difference, he began his career by working for the New Zealand Police Criminal Investigation branch. During this time he found his genuine passion for investigating which led him in 1979 to become one of NZs first licensed Private Investigators.
For decades onward he founded and managed investigation and security companies across Australia and New Zealand. But this success wasn’t the end for him. After hearing about a death which could’ve been avoided had the person’s caregiver been background checked, he and his wife, Tamzin, took it upon themselves to look at current solutions for background checking.
